No matter how good a doctor or dentist is, it is the staff that determines the atmosphere in the office, and this one is PERFECT! Everyone, without exception, has been exceptionally kind to me, even walking me out to my car when it’s snowy.
Everybody calls me by name, an important aspect to most people.
Teresa has been amazing fitting me in when needed and Mary, in cleaning, puts up with me graciously.
And I don’t forget Dr. Gotterer, he is sympathetic and caring. Don’t ever move away, at least not in my lifetime.

Dr. Gotterer has mad many investments in state of the art dentistry equipment. All examinations and cleanings are thorough and complete.

My first visit to Dr. Gotterer was for a broken front tooth. Public speaking was a big part of my work, so for me this was an emergency. Three other dental offices–including my regular one–said they couldn’t see me for a few days unless they had a cancellation. Dr. Gotterer’s very sympathetic and welcoming receptionist told me to “come in right now”. I was seen as soon as I arrived. My tooth was repaired quickly and expertly. That was over four years ago. I am still a patient there. Everyone on staff is accommodating, kind, attentive, and highly skilled. Like the first, every one of my appointments happens on time, procedures are explained to me before they’re begun, I am offered options, and I am treated with respect.
OK… I could say more, ’cause I love and appreciate you all–but enough about me!!
