A little about Joanne…

Joanne wanted to be a dental hygienist since graduating high school. It didn’t happen then. When her 2 children were a bit older, she accomplished her goal. Joanne has been practicing dental hygiene for 19 years. She has been an active member of the Berkshire District Component in many officer capacities over the years.  Joanne served as president of the Massachusetts Dental Hygienists’ Association, 2001-2002, and a total of 4 years as state officer. She has a strong interest in public health. For the past 9 years she has volunteered at the Volunteers in Medicine Clinic in Great Barrington, MA. Her present interest is in working to develop partnerships between the dental and medical community. Joanne said she feels fortunate to be part of the MDHA and is thankful for all of the opportunities ADHA, MDHA and BDDHA have provided her.

We are so proud of her accomplishments and feel fortunate to have Joanne on our team!

CONGRATULATIONS!
